More than a Blessed Christmas, I wish you a Happy Christmas. This will be a very quick entry as we need to do some last-minute Christmas shopping. Let’s hope that none of the POS systems of the mall cashiers would malfunction as I still need to help out in preparing for our Christmas Eve spread. Nothing really grand but I am just oh so happy that we get to celebrate this special season with my folks!

When I did my 2-cycle fasting, straight 3days and another 5days, I was amazed with how my skin glowed because of the detoxification process and because I literally drowned myself with pitcher over pitcher of H20! I am not big water drinker so my natural skin tends to be dry. It is true what they say that the best moisturizer for your skin is water, by hydrating yourself with it, you will instantly have a moisturized and even glowing skin. So now that I’m done with my fasting, what better way to force myself to drink that much water again is to sweat it off through sports or exercise. more…
