Lips and cheeks get the pretty young thing treatment. Cremesheen Glass makes its comeback with six exciting new shades and three requested bring-backs! Add Mineralize Blush duos and Lip Pencils to delight and define. All Too Fabulous!
What do you need to achieve this look?
Mineralize Blush:
A limited-edition Mineralize Blush featuring two shades swirled into an abstract pattern. Delivers the sheer colour and soft, dimensional pearl finish of all M∙A∙C Mineralize powder formulas.

Lip Pencil:
pencil designed for shaping, lining or filling in the lip. Lip Pencils have a smooth, creamy texture that is perfect for lining the lips or filling them in. They are long-lasting and available in a wide selection of colours that each work well with many different lipstick shades. The colour of Lip Pencils is protected by Vitamin E, which acts as an anti-oxidant, and they contain emollients that moisturize the lips. Lip Pencils can be worn alone, with Lipstick, or Lipglass.
Creme Sheen Glass
A lip finish that fuses the creamy, sheen-filled nature of Cremesheen Lipstick with the shine of M∙A∙C Lipglass. Soft, comfortable, non-sticky. Applies with a doe-foot applicator. Use as a top layer to its namesake Lipstick or on its own.
Amongst the three, I am gearing on buying 2 shades of these:

Here is the make-up loot I am excited for this week.
.
As I have written in my previous entry, I failed to keep my vow. I broke a vow not to shop for anything for myself from October 1-January 2010. Everything was going smooth until the huge temptation came. I know that I would easily give in to a make-up set, a very affordable one from a good friend who sells awesome online loots. So here is what I got from her, the limited edition of Mac Graphic Garden Sweet Tease Lookbook. This collection is something I can use everyday from the brush to the eyeshadow, beauty powder that could also be used as a blush highlighter down to the lipglass. Now, I have to exert double time to save up for the car accessories that I would give DH as his Christmas gift. hee hee.

We’re off to another Road trip tomorrow, Washington, D.C. here we come
. But before that, we need to pick up my mom in Baltimore, I am so excited as this would be my first time in MD. I hope the weather cooperates and there are roadside assistance available on our way. Anyways, before I bid everyone a Sunshiney Weekend, here’s my take on 2 of my favorite Eyeliner brands
.
You see, I used to be not fond of eyeliners, well at least for my personal use and for everyday make-up. I have dark under-eye circles and my eyes are very round and big. Thus, only a few strokes of eyeliners would make my feature look very sharp. I don’t like that. But of course, during special occasions, eyeliners are a must to complete my look. However, when I came here, I noticed that my eyes have become droopy (yes, old age) and during winter I look very pale without one. So I started to try out other eyeliners from gel to cream to pencils. I have been a regular user of Mac Kohl and other cheapo gel eyeliner brands until I discover Urban Decay Glide-On
. My favorite is this Velvet Rope. From this collection, I love the Stash and 1999 shades. Very easy to apply, it literally glides. Once applied, you can smudge it and let it dry. I love how these glider pens enhance my eyes but with a softer and defined look.
Next, would be the Smashbox cream eyeliners. You gotta have a perfect eyeliner brush in order to achieve a clean look. This is what I use during special occasions because the colors are more pigmented than the UD Glide-on pens.
What are you favorite eyeliners?

I would probably be the last beauty blogger to be raving about MAC. It’s just that it is not one of my top make-up brand favorites. You would see me checking on counters of Laura Mercier, Benefit, Smashbox, NARS, Clinique, Urban Decay, Shu Uemura, Stila and other nice drugstore brands but not much on MAC counters. I do not really know, maybe I should spend more time on their counters. That or you can blame my 1st MAC encounter which turned into a blunder. My skin broke out on their liquid foundation! I have read and heard raves on their brushes but yay on the price tags, especially if you have house bills and important house furnishing purchases such as a Danze faucet to prioritize.
However, these 3 purchases are just so hard to resist and I consider them my MAC must-haves.
- MAC Fix+ is An aqua-spritz of vitamin and minerals, infused with a calm-the-skin blend of green tea, chamomile, cucumber, topped off with the fresh, natural, energizing scent of Sugi. It adds radiance, finishes makeup. Spray i and make your skin appears dewey and healthy. I love that it also helps settle your make-up to your skin and making them long-wearing.
- MAC Brush Cleaner is your best tool to clean those brushes. It cleans, disinfects, and conditions your brush fibers making them last longer and very soft. This also lessens the drying time.
- MAC Studio Fix Powder plus Foundation is a powder and foundation in one that combines good coverage with ease of application. Designed to be used dry, the powder and pigments create a matte, velvety texture. It does not give you the super dry coverage, just enough to make your skin look healthy and radiant.
I feel like blogging today. Haven’t you noticed? I’ve been bombarding this blog with entries
. So before I proceed and contact this porcelain tile supplier hubby asked me to do, I am going to share my recent lipgloss haul.

From Left to Right:
1.) Maybelline Watershine 3d essence in Bewitching Pink
2.) Smashbox Duo Lipgloss in Date Night and Ladies Night
3.) MAC Lustreglass in Beaux
4.) MAC Lipglass in Magnetique
5.) MAC Lipglass in Languish
6.) MAC Lipglass in Mouthwatering
7.) MAC Lipglass in Fleur de Light
8.) Clinique Long last glosswear SPF 15 in Air Kiss
9.) Smashbox O-gloss
If there is 1 thing I love to hoard, that would be lipsticks/lipglosses
. I just can’t get enough of them.
Anyways, I could not really make an in-depth review of all these lipglosses because I love them all. But you all know that MAC Lipglass can really create a very luminous effect on the lips. It also reduces all lip lines and it is long-wearing. On the other hand, Smashbox lip glosses are heavy in terms of coverage and I love it because it is very pigmented. The Clinique Long Last glosswear has very light coverage. But the biggest surprise is the Smashbox O-gloss
. I just love it and perfect for Summer. It gives you the natural perfect shade of pink that suits your skintone. It’s magic!
What are you favorite lipglosses?
